Supply the name and number of someone that can be contacted in the event of a question.
IDENTIFICATION:
If arriving via email, provide the following information:
Platform (Mac or PC)
Program and version
Name of file(s)
COMPRESSION
Compressed files should be self-extracting
FONTS
Provide a folder containing all of the fonts (screen and postscript). Delays may result in production, or we may have to substitute another font. Whenever possible, fonts should be chanaged to outlines or curves to avoid reflow problems.
ARTWORK
Graphic elements should be created in a vector-based program, ie: Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand.
We do not use spot colors (Pantone colors) all color ads must be saved as CMYK.
PHOTOGRAPHS:
Colour and greyscale images: 150 dpi (minimum)
Line art (bitmap): 800 ppi (minimum)
Please note: Digital files saved from the internet are not, as a rule, a high enough resolution for printing.
